Delivery Timelines

  • In-Stock / Outlet Items: Products currently available at our outlet or showroom are eligible for Same-Day Delivery, provided the order is confirmed before our daily cutoff time.

  • Customizable Cushioned Items: Items such as sofas, upholstered beds, and chairs that require custom fabric or cushioning work are typically delivered within 7 to 10 Working Days.

  • Solid Wood Furniture: Our premium solid wood pieces—including dining sets, wardrobes, and consoles—undergo a rigorous seasoning and finishing process. Due to the intricate craftsmanship involved, these items are delivered within 40 to 60 Days.

Important Shipping Information

  • Order Confirmation: Delivery timelines commence only after the order has been officially confirmed and the initial deposit/payment is received.

  • Delivery Area: We currently offer delivery services across Pakistan. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size of the item and the delivery destination.

  • Logistical Delays: While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by extreme weather, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues will be communicated to the customer promptly.

  • Installation: For major furniture items, our specialized team provides on-site assembly and installation in select cities. Please contact our support team to verify if installation is available in your area.
